I use gentle, evidence-based methods that prioritize your child's well-being. My approach includes providing the necessary support while gradually weaning off the assistance as they become more confident sleepers.



WHAT METHODS DO YOU USE FOR SLEEP TRAINING?

Some crying is common as your baby adjusts to new sleep habits, but my methods focus on providing comfort and support to minimize distress. I will work with you to ensure the process is as smooth and gentle as possible.



WILL MY BABY CRY DURING SLEEP TRAINING?

Absolutely. My sleep training plans address both nap times and nighttime sleep to ensure your child gets the rest they need throughout the day and night.
